Confined Space Entry 14 Hr. This 14 hour class meets the requirements of the State of Alaska Department of Labor (8AAC 61.01001.1401) Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA 29CFR 1910.146 and 29CFR 1910.147 AND ANSI standards (Z117.1-1989). It covers the basics of confined space work through lectures, dvds or video tapes and slides. Hands-on exercises are performed at an off-site location containing underground man-holes and storage tanks. |

Powered Industrial Truck Forklift 8 Hr. This course is conducted at the Company site and consist of 4 Hrs. Classroom training (including the new regulation requirements) and 4 Hrs. Hands-on training. |

Scaffold Safety & Fall Protection 8 Hr. This 8 hour introduction to scaffolding safety and fall protection is open to anyone
who needs to obtain basic knowledge in the categories of frame scaffolding, tube
and clamp, and systems scaffolding. This seminar includes an overview of OSHA and
State of Alaska fall protection regulations, and fall protection equipment |

Trenching / Excavating & Shoring 8 Hr. This 8 hour trenching class focuses on OSHA standards and on the safety aspects of excavation, trenching and shoring. It is an introduction to practical soil mechanics, and classification and its relationship to the stability of shored and unshored slopes and walls of excavations. Selection of personnel protective systems will be discussed. Various types of shoring are covered including wood and hydraulic. Course includes a hands-on, half-day field exercise during which students will use different testing methods including penetrometers, torvane shears, and engineering rods. |

Traffic Flagger Certification 6 Hr. The 6 hour Flagger training is for anyone stationed in a state highway work zone to provide temporary traffic control. They must have completed a Flagger program and be certified by a program that meets the training and certification standards of the American Traffic Safety Services Association(ATSSA) in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration(FHWA). Flagger training and certification must be renewed at least every 4 years. |

American Heart Association CPR/ 1st AID 8Hr. This course is designed for employee training at corporations, businesses or other
entities. -For employees and/or designated first responders who have a duty to respond to a first aid or cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements. |

Thinking Driver 4 Hrs. The half-day interactive Thinking Driver Course™ teaches drivers how to reduce stress,
manage frustration and control anger on today's busy roads. |

EPA Health and Safety 40 Hr. This 40 hour EPA course, is designed for personnel involved with the investigation and remediation of uncontrolled hazardous waste sites and response to an accident involving hazardous materials. It meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.120 (e)(3)(i) Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER). After completing the course, participants will be able to identify methods and procedures for recognizing, evaluating, and controlling hazardous substances, identify concepts, principles, and guidelines to properly protect site or response personnel, discuss regulations and action levels to ensure health and safety of the workers, discuss fundamentals needed to develop organizational structure and standard operating procedures, select and use dermal and respiratory protective equipment, and demonstrate the use, calibration, and limitations of direct-reading air monitoring instruments. After completing this course, participants will be more knowledgeable in hazardous waste operations, team functions, personnel health and safety procedures, and operation of field monitoring equipment. Participants are required to wear chemical protective clothing and respirators. |

OSHA Construction Outreach 10/30 Hr. This 10/30 hour combination course is designed for construction workers, foremen, job supervisors, and anyone involved in the construction industry. OSHA recommends training courses as an orientation to occupational safety and health for workers. Workers must receive additional training, when required by OSHA standards, on the specific hazards of the job. This course is tailored to meet the specific requirements of the class or a specific client. Those individuals needing only the 10 hour Construction Outreach, attend only the first 10 hours of the class. Students who complete the course, receive an EMI certificate, and a completion card from OSHA for the 10 or 30 hour Construction Outreach Course (29CFR 1926). |

NSTC 6 PACK & H2S Module NSTC Unescorted Program: The North Slope Training Co-operative (NSTC) is a collaborative
effort between the North Slope unit owners and their contractors to ensure all employees
(company and contract) have basic safety, health and environmental policy classes
before going to work on the North Slope. The Unescorted program consists of the following
six courses: Camps & Safety Orientation, Alaska Safety Handbook, Hazard Communication,
HAZWOPER Awareness, Personal Protective Equipment, and Environmental Excellence.
